Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on the following terms:
Clothing
- Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns received after 31 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Cosmetics & Beauty Products
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return/refund
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- Wait for approval and return instructions from our support team.
- Once approved, ship the item to the return address we provide (you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping charges are free
Exchanges
- We offer free size exchanges for clothing items (U.S. only).
- To request an exchange, email support@onebillshop.online with your order number and requested size.
- Exchanges must meet the same return eligibility criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items (marked “final sale”)
- Opened or used cosmetics
- Gift cards
Important Notes
- Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to deny any return that doesn’t meet our policy.
